Lots of people have asked me whether or not they should get the surgery and I can’t answer that question. What I think you SHOULD do is see a doctor and talk to him about your situation. Talk to a therapist. Talk to someone who can help. If you can lose the weight without surgery, DO IT 🙂 take care of yourself and crawl through YOUR mile of shit to get it done.

2 weeks away from the gastric bypass and now we’re entering our liquid diet portion of things. This means for the rest of my life no nicotine, no carbonated drinks. For 6 months, no caffiene and no alcohol (though I don’t drink anyways.)
But yes, today we start our pre-op liquid diet. Its like a liquid diet cleanse, but forever :p
We’re only 2 weeks from gastric bypass though so please endure the following videos like this one in which I try to both share and educate you guys about the experience of weight loss surgery.

Overall I have few complaints about Serious Sam’s Bogus Detour. The game is fun and everything here works well together. The guns are responsive and tactile, the humor is judiciously executed, and it’s just a solid game.
