In my opinion Cities: Skylines – Concerts is a sadly, a missed opportunity. With a bit more development, this could have breathed new life into existing buildings, too. All in all, I am a bit disappointed in this DLC pack. Hopefully the next one will bring a more meaningful upgrade to the game.
